You should know:

Our home fires are hand cut by us and cooked fresh on the grill to order not frozen and deep-fried.  

All eggs are cracked to order not the night before to be ladled out like soup. 

All of our bacons (Applewood, Black Pepper and Cajun) are made exclusively for us - you will not find anywhere in the U.S. 

None of our soups or chowders have preservatives, chemicals or additives.  All are homemade by either Chef Joe or my mother, Maureen.

Our most popular dish...this is what put us on the map!
Fresh cooked potatoes, onions, tomatoes, ham, green peppers & mushrooms combined with special spices and topped with lemon Hollandaise sauce.

 

 Florentine Crepe 
Baby spinach, our thick sliced bacon, and two farm fresh AA grade eggs folded into airy crêpes topped with our lemon Hollandaise sauce, with home fries and toast.


 Caramelized Onion Omelette
O.M.G. Good! Our famous apple maple sausage, caramelized onions and Vermont cheddar cheese made the “R.C.” way! Mmm-mmm Good!

 

 Roasted Cherry Tomato Omeletee
Fresh cherry tomatoes and chopped fresh basil with fresh mozzarella cheese make this entrée an all-time favorite!
 

 

  Mississippi Omelette
Delectable shrimp and crab sautéed with seasoned bread crumbs and cheddar cheese. Comes with toast and home fries.

 

Cinnamon Bun French Toast & Apple Maple Sausage
Cinnamon glazed French toast, grilled to a golden brown, with one of our savory big apple maple sausages (from the SMOKEHOUSE of Boston).
